Description

All handmade food and beverage containers produced by ceramic artists make Toscana unique. Handmade ceramic pots that do not contain any harmful substances are healthy for our little friends and are almost a work of art for you.

Designed to match all Weelywally sleeping houses, Toscana is suitable for small cat and dog breeds.It is suitable for all cat and small/medium dog breeds. You can examine S/M dog breeds in the size chart.

Instruction For Use

  • It should be used indoors, it is not suitable for outdoor use.
  • Fabric parts should be washed at 30 C.
  • Should not be dried in the dryer after washing.
  • Fabric Parts (from their reverse side) can be ironed at low temperatures.
  • Before the covers of the cushions are washed, their zippers should be opened and removed.
  • The installation of the products should be done according to the assembly schemes provided.
  • It should not be cleaned with hard cleaning materials.
  • It can be cleaned with a wet cloth without using cleaning chemicals.
  • Check the size chart before ordering the product.
           

Components

Aluminium: 2mm thick, ASTM International (American Society for Testing and Materials) specified, fully recyclable material.
Wooden: Plywood made of beech 18 mm long lasting, chemical-free odorless material treated against wood pests.
Paint: GSB Master, Qualicoat – Class 2, WRAS, ISO 9001 certified, non-volatile chemicals (VOC) that do not generate any waste during production and consumption and thus do not cause air and water pollution.
Bowls: Purely handmade, ceramics and paints used are suitable for eating and drinking.

Delivery Information

We offer a nationwide delivery service for the UK.

We provide free deliveries* on orders over £300 + vat within UK Mainland. Delivery area and product exclusions apply.

If your order is placed before 1pm, items should be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays). From dispatch delivery is normally a next working day service* unless are based in the postcode areas stated below. Whilst this is the case, it is not something that BYMiT can guarantee and will not be held responsible or liable in the event that your delivery does not arrive within 24 hours from dispatch.

Customers in the DD,G, PA1-19, PH1-14,DG,EH,HS,KY,MY,TD,AB,IV,KW postcode area is available on an economy service only which is 2 to 3 working days.

*Please note for those orders that qualify for free delivery, will be sent on an economy service which is usually between 2 to 3 working days.

Please note if you are vacant at the specified delivery address of a palletised order and you have not provided details of a secure location that it can be left (which is at your own risk) that unfortunately an additional delivery cost may apply which can be up to approx half the cost of the whole delivery charged applicable to your order. For the avoidance of doubt cancellations of an order at this stage are not possible and will not be accepted.

The website will automatically calculate the delivery charge based on weight and size of the item(s) applicable for your order. It is calculated per 30kg or per box/ consignment up to 300kg or quarter pallet size.
